About UsGregory Taylor is the founder of the Vibrant Health and Wellness Foundation, a nonprofit organization. Gregory also founded and is president of Taylored 4 Life, Inc., a health-fitness and wellness consulting firm. He is presently pursing a PhD in Philosophy of Natural Health. ![]() With over 25 years of experience and research in improving human performance, Gregory has gathered advice from corporate and military leaders, health and nutritional experts, and athletes and sports specialists. From countless books and tapes on human behavior; from modern and ancient philosophers, he has derived a model for wellness and longevity. He is a member of the Maryland State Advisory Council on Physical Fitness, an Exercise Science Instructor at Prince George’s Community College, Maryland, and a producer of Think and Stay Fit: Men Over 40. He also hosted and produced the Taylored 4 Life Health and Fitness Show, has appeared on local TV and radio shows, and has presented a variety of workshops on fitness, nutrition and health. Gregory is a graduate of the Maryland University College; Prince George’s Community College, Maryland; Virginia Tech, Pamplin College of Business; and the National Defense University, Fort McNair, D.C. He is a former U.S. Army Paratrooper, certifed Military Fitness Leader, Command Fitness Coordinator, certifed Fitness Trainer and Counselor, certifed Strength and Resistance Specialist, former Member of the Maryland State Advisory Council on Physical Fitness, former Exercise Science Instructor at Prince George's Community College of Maryland, and coach for Brooks Sports-Taylored 4 Life 5k to 50 mile training program. He is trained in yoga and advanced pilates. ![]() Taylor’s memberships include the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and USA Track & Field (USATF). Gregory is also an avid cyclist, hiker, and rower, having competed in military bench press contests and in marathon (26.2 mile) and ultra marathon runs (50 to 100 miles).
