Welcome to the Vibrant Health and Wellness Foundation

Guided by our mission, we shall pursue the following goals through our initiatives:

To address the particular health needs of traditionally underserved populations, including low-income individuals, people of color, youth and residents of rural areas; without regard to race, religion or national origin
To support and strengthen by collaboration organizations that seek to improve the health of underserved populations;
To encourage leaders to increase health and wellness programs within their communities;
To advocate the development of public policies that promote wellness and enhance access to holistic health practices;
To implement weight management and nutritional programs designed to reduce or prevent obesity related diseases;
To support initiatives inclusive of the natural environmental health; and
To seek global partnerships to fully exploit health-fitness and wellness trends.

All monies raised by Vibrant Health and Wellness Foundation are received by Congressional District Programs and become the sole property of CDP which,
for internal operating purposes, allocates the funds to the project. The Program Manager makes recommendations for disbursements
which are received by CDP for approval.
